Almost without fail, every week there will be an interview with a politician who has been given a line/soundbite that they never deviate from. The most famous example of this probably being the Millibot moment ("These strikes are wrong while negotiations are still going on"). I know the reasons for it and why it happens but that just makes it even more infuriating. I started to imagine that the politicians actually think they're performing some sort of Jedi mind trick on the presenter. Maybe their advisors just watched Star Wars and thought "that's worth a shot right?". It makes it a lot funnier to watch now if you expect them to make lightsaber noises at any moment.
I actually drew several different panels of this but quickly realised it's funnier if it's the same image.
